Public preview · refreshed from source
Filter the current account-free sample, inspect complete state and specialty totals, and verify the CMS-to-NPPES method before deciding whether you need every selected row.
Dated source receipt
The preview stays intentionally small. The aggregate totals below cover every validated match in the current national delta, while provider-level access remains limited to 10 public rows.
Public provider preview
Search by NPI, name, location, or specialty. Filters apply only to the 10 public provider rows—not the complete edition.

Complete aggregates
These totals come from the same validated receipt as the preview. They provide geographic and specialty context without turning the free sample into the complete provider dataset.

Behavioral-health groupings used by the source pipeline.
Method and limits
The pipeline compares current and prior CMS pending files, selects behavioral-health NPIs, enriches them from NPPES, and fails closed when lookup or count validation does not reconcile.
Current CMS pending first-time enrollment files are compared with the prior snapshots by NPI.
Name, taxonomy, specialty focus, practice location, and registry evidence come from public NPPES records.
The pipeline checks every lookup and aggregate total before a paid order can receive the encrypted complete edition.
Current complete edition
Buy the complete validated national CSV from the current delta. The file includes source dates, URLs, taxonomy, and limitations, with private encrypted access normally activated within 15 minutes. Need state filters or JSON, Excel, XML, or RSS? Use the optional buyer-funded Apify route.
